What can you do if you know an irresponsible pet owner?
I stay with my parents during the summer. My children love it here but I can not bear to see my father's dog. It is wild because it is in the yard all day (which is a 10×10 box with the trees and beds are clean straw). It must remain in the pen, as it turns, destroying property and terrorizing the population. It is a vicious circle. Now this poor black labrador was left in the pen every day except maybe a half hour drive each day. Is abusive, but do not know what to do. I can not handle the dog. I tried to attached with wire, but became entangled in bushes, then took fled from his neck, terrorizing the neighbors, then returned to the neighbor's truck is back. Me down if I try to handle it. My father refused the electric fence who offered to buy. I am so upset, I do not know what to do! Oops! There is an electric fence! Although I love the dog, sometimes cold. Just a little. No, I wanted a glass ceiling! Sorry!
Sorry, it makes me very angry! However, I do not know what else to help find a new home for the dog … someone who is strong enough to handle and have the time, space and patience for that.
