Breeding laboratories and how often should it be done?
My concern is that my neighbors in two laboratories (male and female). 3yrs.old yet. She was raised by her first run and took a min. 4 liter since (the last episode of the day). I find it disgusting and unfair to the dog. Everything I read said that the dog should not be raised in heat 1, and there should be between seasons of 2.1 are increased to lead to health problems w / dogs. In addition, these dogs are caged in a kennel 12×12 min. 19 hours / day and allowed out form / 45-min-1hour/day. I may be overly cautious and worried, but I think it is a form of animal abuse. Are there laws on livestock / License in each state? We live in VA?
You really need to call your animal control and talk to him. Puppies out? Do they adequate shelter / food / water / Pet Care? Not even three years and fourth in the litter box?! Sick, sick, sick! It horrable! People like that should be charged with abuse of animals and pets can not be again!
