How can I correct the disruptive behavior of my dog with their toys?
My dog loves his toys. She loves them so much that often used as devices hitting everyone in the neighborhood. And to top it off, growling as it does, to indicate that you want to play tug-war, but as soon as it is reached, the roar gets worse and turns away as she thinks you are trying to remove completely. It is not an aggressive dog, but this behavior it is difficult to do something. I own a home business and can not find other things for her constantly to do it. I my dog, then get rid of him is not an option at this time. How can I get him to stop to put me drool covered with toys and rawhide bones, sometimes wet?
I have a dog with his toys too, but without grumbling. One of my other dogs do not jab me with a toy, give me a boost with his nose, but growls when we play tug of war. I do not mind the grunt in the game unless it gets a little out of hand and my dog gets too excited, This happens from time to time. The best thing you can do when your dog growls immediately stop playing with it. Just stop, drop the toy or walk or do something else. As for hitting with his toys, saying that it would be. stern "no" he understands that the behavior is unacceptable If you want to play with it, then the game or toy and the toy from him, put him on the floor or out of reach and away. Breaking stinging behavior is the most important here, however you choose to do. Never leave your dog growls when you reach for toys. If so, say no and take the toy. If you can not, then on foot. Spend some time practicing with the dog that the dog has the toy and take it, which is the toy and take it over and over again. When roars, then stop and on foot. This may take several weeks of this new formation, but the dog will learn over time what is right and what is not. I hope this will break those bad habits that were recovered. Cranky with my dog, I said time and again the command "no grunting" and understands that now. When I say that actually allows the toy itself, waiting a few seconds and then choose the toy and play with her.
