¿I can be deported for an aggressive dog?
My dog and I just moved into an apartment building. I grateful to find one that has animals, finally! Unfortunately, my dog has developed some aggressive behavior. She does not bite, or not yet but she growls and barks at the neighbor s and their pets. You have reached the point where I need to ensure that no one around before taking it out. I love my dog to pieces, but it drives me crazy. ¿I can be deported for this?
It depends on your lease – if your contract is placed on noise levels in the apartment, and your dog is to create noise – they were first to inform you (at least in Colorado). You may be prompted to get rid of the animal, and if after asking, so … yes, they can evict you. I do not like muzzles – perhaps your dog is acting because of the movement and possibly a smaller environment. Have you tried leaving a radio at home, and lots of chew toys and pull toys? This has helped my dog - but only one.
