How to quit 6 years dog bite, and bite work is left?
We have a Sheltie 6. It is a very intelligent and affectionate dog. But where do we go, that was never trained a dog to stop play biting. It will not bite hard at all, but it's annoying when you try to pet and play with the preferred hand or go after my knees, etc. It also bites the leash and pulled her. I did Most read some of the things I found were puppies and unfortunately was never taught these things, although I am sure that the methods are similar. In addition, you can not leave shoes or it chewed those too (probably another puppy feature). What can I do for her to stop playing and biting the hand that you have, and biting the leash, as if she is in control … is not fixed yet we intend to get your fix soon. Do help?
When my dog was young, I had a mint spray, we used to punish her, not hurt, but she did not like and had the idea. My neighbors also used prior to hot sauces. Idk effectively, it was just the idea of another. Otherwise, just hold their jaws and Regan. Over time they get the idea.
